Titanium products - titanium plate, titanium tube, titanium bar - for high-value applications

Image
This high-performance material is increasingly being introduced in high added value applications, such as satellites, cryogenic vessels, airplanes, ships, jewels, high current superconductors, competition equipment, dental implants, prostheses, and others. Titanium covers the gap between stainless steel and aluminum, as it has corrosion resistance and hardness similar to stainless steel but with a specific weight similar to aluminum. Improvements in the manufacturing processes of laminated materials -  hastelloy c276 plate , titanium coil - such as increased use for various industries, has led to a decrease in the price of titanium and a wider range of titanium alloys. We can divide the range of titanium materials into two categories; Pure titanium products and alloyed titanium products: Commercially Pure Titanium (Titanium CP), Grades 1 to 4 CP titanium is mainly used for its corrosion resistance, as it has 99% purity. Resists pitting, cracking and corrosion by c...
